The Full-Time Professional Actor Training Program is offered throughout the year.

Course content includes scene study, voice, movement, auditioning skills, cold-reading technique, monologue presentation, acting in films, sitcoms, primetime, soap operas, theater, voice-overs, commercials, accent reduction, the business of acting and agent evaluations. The casting directors, agents, directors and producers selected to teach for TVI Actors Studio are working industry professionals from major TV networks, film studios and prestigious talent agencies. Also included are working actors in film, television and Broadway, who are experts in their fields and provide a direct link to the realities of the industry.

Highlights of the program include individual guest speakers as well as panel discussions which also provide an opportunity to learn networking, marketing and self-promotion.

The Los Angeles program also includes a TV taping.

The length of the program allows actors the flexibility to get to know and enjoy the city of Los Angeles or New York City as well as pursue an acting career. Classes can also be customized to each student’s level, needs and interests. In New York, a TVI membership, good for one year is included in this program.**

- Then probably the most important, intro to another country and market is the share of local knowledge between the TVI consultants. Stuff you could spend months trying to figure out on your own.

So, yep -- it's a great eight-week course to develop some more of the craft, get some local industry tips, and network. LA is where it's at too; everyone around here works in the industry."
