A nonrefundable application fee of $20.00, made payable to TVI Actors Studio, must accompany the application. Completed forms, along with any other required materials should be faxed to: (818) 784-6533 if you are applying through the LA office, or fax (212) 302-1926 if you are applying through the NY office. Application Requirements

To be eligible for the Professional Actor Training Program, students must be currently enrolled or recently graduated from a degree-granting theatre program, or must have substantial professional experience and/or training. When applying, students must include a current headshot or photograph and acting resume with the Application Form. All applications must list the names and phone numbers of two references, one a theatre faculty member and one a professional theatre practitioner known to the applicant. Reference/Recommendation Forms can also be downloaded here, and should be completed and returned to TVI as soon as possible after submitting your application. There is a non-refundable application fee ($20.00) which must accompany your submission.

ADMISSION
Admission to TVI's Professional Actor Training Program is based on review of the application, the completed reference/recommendation forms, and a formal interview. If you are unable to be interviewed in person, telephone interviews may be scheduled by special arrangement with the director of the program.

APPLICATION DEADLINES
Applicants are encouraged to apply well in advance of the deadline, or enrollment cannot be guaranteed.
