PERFORM FOR 8 LOS ANGELES THEATRICAL TALENT AGENTS

TVI Actors Studio is excited to offer a unique opportunity for actors to showcase their talents to 8 distinguished Los Angeles Theatrical Talent Agents via Zoom. Over 4 weeks, you will perform in front of 2 agents each week, receiving invaluable feedback on your monologues or short scenes.

Performances will occur on four consecutive Tuesdays, with each session featuring 2 agents who will evaluate your work. You will have the chance to present to 8 different agents.

Please prepare a monologue or short scene, no longer than 2 minutes, that best demonstrates your acting abilities. TVI will provide a reader for your scene. You will receive personalized feedback on your performance, as well as on your headshot and resume.

The tuition includes a mandatory coaching session with the highly regarded audition coach, Ms. Rachel Reed. This session, scheduled before the agent evaluations, will also serve as a rehearsal to ensure you are fully prepared to make a strong impression.

About Rachel Reed

Rachel Reed, a British native, received a full three-year scholarship to the prestigious Guildford School of Acting to study classical theatre. While in London, Ms. Reed had the honour of performing for Queen Elizabeth II.

Shortly after graduation, Rachel landed roles on British television. Upon moving to the United States, she was signed with renowned Los Angeles manager Christopher Roe for film and television.

Ms. Reed coaches American actors who seek her audition advice before significant film and television projects.

NOTE: This is an educational opportunity and is neither an audition nor a guarantee of employment or representation. 

Important things to note: 

  • Actors may perform a scene or a monologue. TVI will provide a reader for the showcase.
    (A reader will not be provided.) 
  • All performances will be limited to a strict 2-minute time limit to ensure we respect the agent guests’ time and provide equal opportunity for all performers. 
  • After registration, you’ll receive a Dropbox link to upload your required headshot & resume. If you do not yet have a resume, please email us. 
  • If you need help selecting a monologue or scene, email us at la.admissions@tvistudios.com for suggested resources. 
  • Students currently enrolled in another TVI course or workshop will receive priority registration for our Agent Showcase.
