DARLENE VOGEL
Darlene Vogel is best known for her role as Spike in the 1989 cult classic Back to the Future Part Il. Later, she appeared in movies like Ski School, Back to the Future: The Ride, Decoy, Morella, and Walking the Halls. Her most recent films include Day 13 and The Wedding Year.
She has also had a successful television career. Most notably on the USA Network TV series Pacific Blue as Officer Kelly from 1996 to 2000, on One Life To Live as Dr. Melanie Maclver from 2000-2001, and on Beyond the Break as Patty Farmer from 2006-2009.
Her guest appearances include Full House, Northern Exposure, Boy Meets World, CSI, Castle, The Ranch, and House. She has been seen in over 100 national commercials. Notably, the original Milk Does A Body Good Campaign.
MEREDITH THOMAS
Meredith Thomas has starred in over 30 TV movies and 100 other projects. Recognizing a lack of female directors, she added directing to her list of talents, earning ten second-unit director credits for Lifetime within two years.
A former student and later full-time employee at TVI Actors Studio, Meredith managed the Chicago school remotely and helped build the careers of actors like Jason Earles (Hannah Montana). She is also an award-winning producer with a focus on diversity and inclusion. In 2018, she founded FYC Independents, leading to several groundbreaking Emmy® nominations and wins, including Mena Suvari’s first Emmy nomination for RZR.
Meredith is a member of the Television Academy and serves on the Performers Peer Group Executive Committee. She continues her mission to foster hope through charitable work with veterans, disabled children, voting accessibility, and animal rescue. She also mentors 5th graders through the Young Storytellers Foundation.
RENÉ ASHTON
René Ashton is an award-winning director, writer, producer, and actor with guest star roles in top shows like This Is Us, Westworld, For the People, NCIS Los Angeles, Ray Donovan, and Jane the Virgin. She has also appeared in all the major daytime dramas, starred in over a dozen Lifetime films, and landed over 100 commercials.
René’s first feature film that she wrote Be My Baby, aired on the TV Guide Channel and is available worldwide. In 2010, she founded Abundant Media, LLC, where she has written and produced multiple award-winning pilots and short films, including Actors Anonymous and MILF Money.
René recently directed The Candle, a horror short that has won 18 festivals in 9 countries. She is currently developing The Candle into a feature franchise.
RACHEL REED
Rachel Reed, a British native, received a full three-year scholarship to the prestigious Guildford School of Acting to study classical theatre. While in London, Ms. Reed had the honour of performing for Queen Elizabeth II.
Shortly after graduation, Rachel landed roles on British television. Upon moving to the United States, she was signed with renowned Los Angeles manager Christopher Roe for film and television.
Ms. Reed coaches American actors who seek advice from her audition before significant film and television projects.
